RECOMMENDATION: We suggest replacing these external components for a proper vacuum seal: the manifold connector o-rings or joint sealing o-rings #82-610, air cut off valve #82-221 and carburetor rubber passage plugs #82-688. These parts can be purchased with four carburetor rebuild kits at a discount in our Carburetor Rebuild Tune-Up Kit #10-Deluxe1A.
Consider replacing the carburetor to air chamber fuel tube o-rings #32-332 and air chamber gasket #32-330 to further ensure a good vacuum seal.
