Products listed with an incorrect price due to typographical error or supplier pricing information error, Saber Cycle shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card was charged for the cancelled order, we will either void the transaction or issue a refund to your card in the amount of the charge, depending on the transaction's status.
