Handlebar decorative cover
very chiney- looks and works fine. First shipping did not include the gold-wing emblem, I e-mailed Saber and they send the emblem promptly- with a nice red Saber-cycle pen -extra. real nice company for goldwing goodies.

Yes we ship worldwide including the UK where we have many customers. Cost of shipping depends on what carrier and service you choose. When we can ship in a flat rate box, we adjust the shipping with a store credit or refund for the difference in what was paid.
