Carburetor repair kit rebuilds one OEM 1984 to 1985 GL1200 with Honda OEM Keihin constant vacuum carburetors VD53A, VD53B, VD53C and VD53D, as well as California VD55A, VD55B, VD55C and VD55D. GL1200 carburetor ID is found on the inside of the carburetor bodies.
Kit contains secondary needle, retaining screw, air jet cover gasket, primary air jet, secondary air jet, slow air jet, primary and secondary main fuel jet, slow fuel jet, float bowl gasket, slide needle, primary and secondary nozzle, puck, float needle and clip, float needle seat, throttle spring and o-rings. Made in Japan by K&L Supply®.
RECOMMENDATION: We suggest replacing these external components for a proper vacuum seal: the manifold connector o-rings or joint sealing o-rings #82-611 and air cut off valve #82-223.
