Carburetor repair kit rebuilds one OEM 1980 to 1983 GL1100 Keihin constant vacuum carburetor VB48A, VB48C, VB48D and VB49B. GL1000 carburetor ID is on the top of the carburetor mounting flange.

CARBURETORS HAVE BEEN KNOWN TO BE SWITCHED BETWEEN THE GL1000 MODELS AND GL1100
Kit contains secondary needle, retaining screw, air jet cover gasket, primary air jet, secondary air jet, slow air jet, primary and secondary main fuel jet, slow fuel jet, float bowl gasket, primary and secondary nozzle, puck, float needle and clip, float needle seat, throttle spring, o-rings and filter screen.
RECOMMENDATION: We suggest replacing these external components for a proper vacuum seal: the manifold connector o-rings# 82-610, air cut off valves #82-222 and accelerator pump #82-808. These parts can be purchased with four carb rebuild kits at a discount in our Carburetor Rebuild Tune-up kit #11-Deluxe.
Consider replacing the carburetor to air chamber fuel tube o-rings #82-332 and air chamber gasket #82-331 to further ensure a good vacuum seal.
