These SECONDS GL1500 passenger armrests have cosmetic blems and marks in the chrome but the pads have no problems. Using the original Markland design, it comes with black vinyl pads on chrome arms that swing out for maximum ease of passenger mounting and dismounting.
The swing-out arms to not lock due to liabilities from locking restraints. The arms have a nylon thrust washer that can be tightened to your choice of swing resistance. They will not swing out on their own but a passenger can move them at will.
NOTE: Mounting requires either two CB antennas or one antenna and one 51-470 Armrest Adapter for the most secure installation.
