* This 82-204 carb kit rebuilds OEM 1978 and 1979 GL1000 Keihin carburetor model IDs 769A and 771A.  Disclaimer:  Owners of non-emissioned controled 1978 may have to reuse their primary main and slow air jets. To find carburetor ID, refer to FAQ22.  GL1000's manufactured after December 31, 1977 have press fitted slow air jets which cannot be removed. 

RECOMMENDATION: Kit contains no exterior parts or interior passage plugs that appear on the GL1000 and specifically do not contain manifold connector "O" rings.
