SECONDS GL1200 passenger armrests come with black vinyl pads on chrome arms that swing out for maximum ease of passenger mounting and dismounting. This is a SECONDS set due to blemishes in the chrome. The armrest pads are in good condition.

This set is frame not bracket mounted and will not interfere with a trunk relocation kit. All mounting hardware and instructions are included. For INT, ASP, LTD and SEI GL1200 models.

Due to liabilities from locking restraints, the swing-out arms does not lock but have a nylon thrust washer that can be tightened to your choice of swing resistance. They will not swing out on their own but a passenger can move them at will.

Excellent all around

I was skeptical of buying from here due to all the horror stories floating around the net. I took a chance and am pleased to say that my order was better than I thought. The shipping was quick and everything was there to include all hardware and good packaging. My wife will be pleased once she returns home from Arizona and sees the great armrests I bought from Saber Cycle. The install was really simple only have to take 2 bolts off finder mount/seat mount and then take trunk loose and then your all set (well you will have to remove seat too). I say about 45 minutes to 1 hour from start to finish and that is taking your own sweet time. THanks Again, I will be returning to buy from again.

GL1200 swing out armrest

Not very good. scratches and grind marks all over thin crome plating and height was too high unless your passenger likes to air out arm pits. Had to cut and re-weld for comfortable height. I saw the originals on an '85 GL and quality was much better. These are not an improvement over those. I should have waited until some showed up on fleabay.
These are 2 stars.
