DO WE HAVE THIS ITEM IN STOCK?
Our entire selection of goods is up-to-date as posted on our website and in stock. Our offerings are frequently changing, being added to or deleted, either temporarily or permanently. If you did not find your item of interest listed, we don't have it.
DO YOU KNOW WHERE I CAN GET THIS ITEM?
We have posted a small list of alternate resource dealers of various goods and services on the Outlet Referrals page of our website. But, we do not know exactly what they stock nor what they charge for goods.
WILL THIS ITEM FIT OTHER THAN THE MODELS STATED?
Our product descriptions state exactly which models an item is intended for. As stated in the Return and Exchanges section of our Sales Policies, do not order merchandise that is not designated for your bike on the assumption that it will fit or you can make it fit.
CAN YOU TELL ME OR HELP ME DECIDE WHAT I NEED FOR MY BIKE?
We cannot make that determination for you - that is your decision to make based on the product descriptions and pictures we supply. On our website, we have attempted to link all related products and provide as much information as possible to help you make your selections.

CAN I RETURN THIS ITEM IF I DON'T LIKE IT?
We give a clear picture and description as possible. If you are uncertain, please don't order as we do not sell merchandise on an approval or trial basis. Find a way to see the item either at a dealer or on a friend's bike as there are not that many varietions of design and style on the market. Also, note that all sales are final for items noted as SALE, SPECIAL or ONLINE SPECIAL.
WHAT IF SOMETHING I BOUGHT DOES NOT FIT?
You either have an non-stock accessory or part interferring with the item or you have ordered for the wrong bike model which is why we discourage customers from ordering parts specifically not for the model intended. Our parts and accessories have been produced and purchased in big lots for many years and proven true to fit unless otherwise noted in our description.
