Shipping & Handling

We use the following United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) services exclusively and cannot make alternative shipping arrangements.

All goods are shipped either by the U.S. Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) FOB Kansas City, Missouri, USA. Title passes to the buyer once logged into the USPS and UPS system.

Goods are shipped at the USPS or UPS service level selected by the customer and shipping and handling is added to the customer order at the customer's expense. Insurance is automatically calculated into the shipping charge at the time of order placement.

Shipping charges will vary according to weight, destination and the level of USPS and UPS service chosen for both domestic and international delivery.

We do NOT provide C.O.D service.

DISCLAIMER: All goods are inspected for possible defect prior to shipment then securely packed using the best materials available to us to secure, nest and separate items from one another. We assume NO LIABILITY for damage while intransit, apparent or concealed, and assume no responsibility for the carrier's handling or handling methods. In the event of any damage, we will assist only to the extent of filing claims for orders with paid insurance certificates. We will not and cannot assist with uninsured package claims.

US Addresses

We use USPS Priority Mail® with Delivery Confirmation™ Service to assign a tracking number. Averages 2 to 3 day delivery within the United States.

USPS Express Mail® offers second-day delivery nationwide or your money back. Find your guaranteed delivery time now by clicking here but bear in mind that our drop-off times at the postal station are by 5pm CST Monday through Friday.

UPS Ground offers day-definite delivery typically in one to five days.

UPS 2nd Day Air®, an alternative to overnight shipping when you have the flexibility to allow an extra day.

Our shipping charges DO NOT include customs/ import duty taxes or VAT collected by the postal authorities of your country which vary according to the import rules and tariffs levied by your country. Please check with your country's appropriate government agency to be informed about additional import charges.
