Returns ∓ Exchanges

We make these policies not only protect us but you, the customer, as well. Believe or not, we have received much returned merchandise over the years that is not ours. Items that supposedly don't fit have been recklessly broken or marred during installation. To our dismay, we have even discovered some customers returning chrome accessories they purchased for a competition - much like some teenage girls return their dresses after prom is over.

If our return policy was not so stringent, our prices would have to compensate for greater losses in returned merchandise that is nonresellable. You will find many of our competitors have tightened up their policies and made similar constraints on returning merchandise. Indeed, fast and loose return policies have contributed to the demise of a few competitors operating with such extremely narrow profit margins that they could ill afford such "generosity".

1. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR ITEMS MARKED "ONLINE SPECIAL", "SALE", "CLEARANCE", "CLOSEOUT" OR "DISCONTINUED". ALL SALES FINAL FOR SUCH ITEMS.

2. INSPECT YOUR ORDER ON RECEIPT. If we make a shipping error, notify us at once. Provide us the item and invoice number and we will immediately ship you the correct item, in addition to the return postage and shipping label for the return of the goods shipped in error. We will NOT accept claims for errors reported after 14 days from invoice date.

3. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND OR ADJUSTMENT for goods damaged in transit.  Our contract for delivery with the buyer ends at the time we hand goods over to the carrier with prepaid insurance coverage.  Any dispute over damaged goods must be taken up with the appropriate carrier.

4. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND for CONSUMABLE parts, such as filters, timing belts, sparkplugs, cables, bearings, brake pads, gaskets, engine parts, switches, windshields, seat covers, all electrical parts, etc. and also tools.

5. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR ORDERING THE INCORRECT PARTS or THE INCORRECT QUANTITY. After all, our item descriptions specify whether more than one is required for an installation when applicable. And we give you at least three (3) opportunities to review the items listed in your Shopping Cart and your Customer Info throughout our online ordering process.

6. ONLY FAULTY or DEFECTIVE items will be exchanged or refunded. Claims for faulty or defective items must be made within 14 days of purchase or invoice date. Defects and missing components, if any, will be remedied by replacement only. NO EXCHANGES OR DEFECTIVE GOODS CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE INVOICE NUMBER COVERING THE ITEM(S).

7. Requests for Exchanges or Return of faulty items must authorized by us prior to returning any goods. We will assign you a Return Authorization number. NO RETURN WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER! Parcels sent without a valid return authorization number will be refused upon attempted delivery.

8. NO EXCHANGE for any item will be made without all original packaging, if it shows any marking due to attempted installation or signs of use.

9. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND FOR MERCHANDISE THAT WAS NOT DESIGNATED FOR YOUR BIKE BECAUSE YOU ASSUMED THAT IT WOULD FIT OR YOU COULD MAKE IT FIT. All goods are sold on the basis that the correct year, make and model information has been supplied by you. All parts and accessories are sold on the basis of fit to a BOX STOCK bike as delivered by the Honda manufacturer without major frame and body defects from vehicle accidents or calamity nor rebuilding or modification of the original engine.

10. NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND based on the interference of any other added accessory item, or any cosmetic aspect whatsover. WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY for your inability to fit any of our parts or accessories to a bike that has nonstock parts or accessories that may interfere with a stock installation. All goods offered have been determined to fit correctly for the years and specific models described, as sold and delivered to the original vehicle buyer from a Honda dealer, absolutely box stock, without exception. With the huge variety of aftermarket parts and accessories on the market, it is impossible for us to advise you as to whether our parts will fit with some other aftermarket item. We do not solicit, nor accept orders on a trial examination or approval basis.  All items shipped as ordered are deemed FINAL SALE.
