Prices are subject to change without notice. We make no claim to match ANY competitor's price. 

Our prices and shipping charges DO NOT include customs/ import duty taxes, like GST or VAT collected by the postal authorities of countries outside the U.S.  

VISA and MASTERCARD are the only credit and debit cards we accept at this time for payment.

We maintain the highest credit card security due to valid concerns expressed by our customers.
Our Shopping Cart displays the High Security Logo because customers can not save credit card information in their Customer Registration on our web server where hackers may attack.

Our Cart encrypts all credit card information so we actually see only the last 4 digits of the account number. Because we cannot see your credit card information, we are restricted to credit adjusting your order and can never increase your order total.

Credit card information is not accepted over the phone so no credit card information is ever databased. To further reduce the incident of credit card fraud, the billing address of the credit card account must match the billing address entered on all orders.

Entering your credit card info correctly the first time is very important.
Every time you enter your credit card information into the Checkout, your Card Issuer pre-authorizatizes or verifies funds are available then temporarily holds those funds until the transaction is "captured" or closed in 2 days.

If you have online access to your credit card account, these pre-authorizations may appear like the transaction went through. Even when the transaction declines, the temporary hold will remain until the batch closes in two days. We have no influence over how this credit card processing works.

Personal checks are not accepted for payment nor do we provide C.O.D. service.
Our fast delivery service is due to an operation set up to ship same or next business day. Waiting for personal checks to clear puts a cog in the whole works.

Money Orders, Official Checks, Cashiers Checks and Certified Checks are accepted for payment.
To clarify, certified personal or business checks are those that have been guaranteed and set aside by the bank after verifying sufficient funds exist.

If sending payment by mail, calculate your order total by adding your items of interest to the Shopping Cart. Enter your postal/ zip code and country then click the Recalculate button and a selection of shipping charges will be displayed.

Select your desired shipping service then click Recalculate again to see your order total. Print the page and mail with your money order/ cashier check payment and include your name, address, phone number and bike model.
