Back Orders

Because we immediately remove out-of-stock product from our website, we seldom have to administer backorders. However, in the event of any exceptions, the following will apply:

1. Backordered items that we can ship to you within 2 weeks will be charged on your invoice and will ship to you without further notice or expense to you.

2. Backordered items that we cannot ship to you within 2 weeks will not be charged on your invoice. You will be notified by email when the backordered item is back in stock. You have no obligation to accept the backordered item and you will simply be invited to place another online order for that item at your earliest convenience.

Note: Please do not call for updates on items that have been out of stock for some time. We simply have no delivery information until goods are actually on the way to us.
