The rack was of reasonable quality for the price. One challenge for this rack is that the quality of the welds needs to be good since there is no chrome to cover them -- weld quality was only fair. The problem with the first one I received was that one of the mounting legs was cut at the wrong angle or was improperly mounted to the frame. Consequently, I returned it for replacement or refund. It's not clear from the online return process whether an replacement or refund will occur -- I'll have to let you know later. ADMIN COMMENT: We did not find any problem with this rack and the customer was refunded. |

| Good quality rack at a reasonable price and being stainless, its rust proof too. We get a lot of rain here in Wales UK so that's a bonus. Not too long in transit either and shipping costs not too high. Fitted easily after taking care to position correctly. Using the star washers bought with the rack was worth while as they look great and spread the load better but I did need to buy longer screws for fitting them. I have no hesitation in rating the product and the service with 5 stars. | ||||

| Got the rack and I really like the Stainless finish. Fit and installation was fantastic. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for a fair priced rack of good quality. It is on my Goldwing Trike. | ||||
