I purchased this unit to do my own synchronizing. Directions left a lot to be desired. What do the numbers on the stick mean? My mercury was provided witout a way to get it into the reservior. I purchased an eye dropper to get this done,but lost some mercury in the process. The unit does a good job of performing the actual synch of the carbs. Disappointed in the customer service. Received the same automated response to both of my questions about getting the mercury into the res. ADMIN: No automated responses here. We told Charles, "The mercury comes in the vial with a squeeze dropper for control. Just pull off the reservoir cover and squirt." and "The mercury comes in the vial with a BUILT IN squeeze dropper for control." |

| The product shipped promptly and arrived in a timely manor. After opening the box one of the tubes was broken and the back plate bent. The box the tool was in was slightly damaged. Saber filed UPS insurance claim and replaced the tool for me. Thanks everything works great! | ||||

| I love these for tuning the carbs. Had one for my old GW. Sold the bike but kept the stix for years and then gave it to someone. Bought another wing and got the sync-pro, hated it. Just have to be careful because of the Mercury. Good price and fast shipment. | ||||

| I felt the need to redesign this product before feeling comfortable enough to use. The plastic resivore is not very secure with only a couple of melted plastic pins running barely though the poorly painted metal gauge. The rubber sealing cover and plug is a poor fit at best. I poured my Mercury in the top then super glued my cover and plug in place. The tube fastening to the metal gauge it's self could also be improved..But bottom line is I was able to get accurate adjustments when all said and done. | ||||

| an excellent tool. my only problem is no replacement mercury. the tool fell off of the hanger i had on the handlebars and immediately sucked all the mercury in the engine. while i don't think this caused any harm, it did render the tool useless. without any replacement fluid, it will remain so. | ||||

| I am glad to find this tuner like my old one that wore out.I admit it dropped a few times.Tried this new one and back to syncing carbs. Mercury is the best when you learn how. | ||||

product worked for me. only complaint i have is unit has to be upright at all times so mercury does not spill out-takes special handling for storage. ADMIN COMMENT: One of our customers, who has been using mercury carb sticks for years, told us he fastened his set to a board, making it both easier to use and hang up on a wall to store. |
