Saber Cycle always maintained a supply of aftermarket piston ring sets for the stock bores of GL1000 and GL1100 and OEM sets for stock GL1200. Unfortunately, we have no stock of aftermarket piston rings and OEM GL1200 rings are no longer available from Honda and dealers who specialize in new old stock (NOS).
We always procure piston rings from Japan but unfortunately new supplies are backlogged and will not be available for 9 months to a year and half. For the past few weeks, we have been offering Honda OEM piston ring sets for GL1000 and GL1100.
Saber Cycle has long been a supplier of quality aftermarket parts and accessories and sincerely regrets having to share this news with the Gold Wing community.
